SUMA Oilfield Supply & Services – Customer Service department (Middle East, Europe, and North America) is made up of knowledgeable parts specialists and support experts that are dedicated to responding rapidly to customer 24X7 parts orders and providing optimum service and supports.
- Setup new SUMA customer account
- Initial point of contact for strategic partners and customers
- Tender Bidding processes, attending pre-bid meetings & follow ups of the tenders / RFQ’s.
- Pre-qualifications with E&P companies
- Assess inquiries regarding SUMA products and services for proper routing
- Process quotes and purchase orders for replacement parts in a timely manner
- Provide accurate product availability and lead-times to customer
- Handle in-country shipments and provide pertinent shipping documents
- Maintain integrity in dealing with our customers and principals
